In a void when one sits in a company of tired thinkers with a little workload, there is usually a chat. It takes an interesting turn if it is a sunny winter. If your vocal cords are unused and chocked the circumstantial reaction is to debate even without a logic. The most likely topic then is Modiji vis a vis his opponents. It often appears as if a serious matter or solution is to result. That never happens. Every participant here plays a decisive role as if the sky is to fall and the D-day comes just now before which his/her say has to prevail or heard or praised by one and all. The usual effect of such a collective effort is growing noise or a humdrum found most often after a show halts for an interval. In deed this is the prelude to a situation when the workplace resumes its normal functioning. No one cares whether there is sunshine or otherwise.
